  • Remember when you log into Online Banking, your User ID is your Account Number
  • Always use a strong password such as including upper case, lower case, alpha and numeric along with special characters
  • Nickname your accounts for quick recognition
  • Cross-reference your other accounts at Rivertown; a Rivertown Representative will be able to help set this up
  • Remember, if you swipe your card as credit, it will take a couple days to be taken off your balance in Online Banking. Therefore, take note of your Available Balance, versus the Balance and keep this in mind when paying the bills, shopping, etc.
